User Agreement

1. Acceptance and Modification of Agreement

1.1 This Agreement is entered into between you and the GuoPhone AI operator regarding the use of this App.

1.2 We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. The modified Agreement will be published within the App and take effect upon publication. If you do not agree with the modified Agreement, you have the right to stop using this App; if you continue to use this App, you are deemed to have accepted the modified Agreement.

2. Service Content

2.1 This App provides users with smart glasses device connection, management, and control services, including but not limited to:

• Bluetooth device search, pairing, and connection
• Device firmware upgrade
• Device feature settings and management
• AI conversation and voice assistant services
• Album management and media playback
• Translation, recording, and other auxiliary features

2.2 We reserve the right to adjust the service content based on actual circumstances, including but not limited to adding, reducing, or modifying feature modules.

3. Account Registration and Use

3.1 When registering an account, you should provide true, accurate, and complete personal information, and update it promptly when changes occur.

3.2 You should properly safeguard your account and password. Any account security issues caused by your own reasons shall be borne by you.

3.3 You may not transfer, lend, or otherwise provide your account to others for use.

3.4 We have the right to perform real-name authentication on your account or take other security measures in accordance with legal requirements or security needs.

4. User Conduct Standards

4.1 When using this App, you should comply with relevant laws and regulations and shall not use this App to engage in the following behaviors:

• Publishing or disseminating illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Infringing upon others' intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests
• Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of this App
• Using this App for any commercial advertising or spam dissemination
• Other behaviors that violate laws, regulations, or this Agreement

4.2 If you violate the above provisions, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination of your account, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 The intellectual property rights of this App and all content contained therein (including but not limited to software, interface design, text, images, audio, video, etc.) belong to us or the relevant rights holders.

5.2 Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of this App.

5.3 You retain intellectual property rights to content you generate while using this App, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute such content within this App.

6. Device Connection and Use

6.1 This App requires use in conjunction with GuoPhone AI smart glasses devices. You should ensure that your device is a model supported by this App.

6.2 During device connection, this App needs to obtain permissions such as Bluetooth and location. You should ensure that relevant permissions have been granted to ensure proper functionality.

6.3 During device firmware upgrade, please ensure that the device has sufficient battery and a stable connection. Any device issues caused by interruption during the upgrade process shall be borne by you.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 This App is provided "as is" and we make no express or implied warranties regarding its applicability, reliability, or accuracy.

7.2 We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, system maintenance, or other reasons, but will endeavor to minimize any losses caused to you as a result.

7.3 We are not liable for damage or malfunction of devices connected through this App due to causes unrelated to this App.

7.4 Third-party AI services integrated into this App (such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini, etc.) are provided by third-party providers, and we are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

8. Privacy Protection

8.1 We value your privacy protection. For information on how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, please refer to the "Privacy Policy."

8.2 You agree that we will process your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the "Privacy Policy."

9. Termination of Agreement

9.1 You have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time by canceling your account.

9.2 We have the right to suspend or terminate services to you when you violate this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations.

9.3 Upon termination of the Agreement, you should stop using this App, and we have the right to delete your account and related data (except as required by law).

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws.

10.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not affect the interpretation of the Agreement terms.

11.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
